The Taylor County Republican Party will have a booth to register people to vote and to help us motivate the Republican voter base for 2022. It's just around the corner.

Our shifts run every two hours from 2 pm to 10 pm most days during the week. Saturdays are 11:00 am to 11:00 pm and Sundays from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Wednesday also has shifts from 11:00 am to 10 pm.
The Fair booth will be at the back of the Display Bldg in the same prime location as previous years. We will be registering people to vote. If you plan to volunteer please call the Elections Office at 325-674-1216 or go by 400 Oak Street and be deputized as a voter registrar. We need every person to vote in the coming elections.

Members of the Taylor County Republican Party gathered Tuesday morning outside the Taylor County Courthouse to reiterate their desire that remaining items on a series of eight legislative priorities, including voting rights, be enacted.
Chris Carnohan, the county chairman, standing in the shade of statues of a silver eagle and an American soldier, explained a "Call to Action," a document unanimously adopted about a week ago by local officers and the party's executive committee.
